LINCOLNSHIRE, ILLINOIS - Dynetics Engineering Corporation announced it now is the exclusive Distributor for B.MATIC Trade s.r.l. of Bologna Italy for the plastic industry.

B.MATIC is a global leader in manufacturing sheet counters, tab inserters and mill devices for the paper industry. Established in 1986, B.MATIC began manufacturing special sensors for graphic industry. Three years later they started to design, develop and manufacture sheet counting and batch-tabbing machines.

Exclusive to B.MATIC is the DUAL SYSTEM, which allows counting and tabbing a very wide range of paper and plastic thicknesses without damaging the sheet corners.

Dynetics Engineering Corporation Announces the
INTELLIFOLD™ Card Mailing System

LINCOLNSHIRE, ILLINOIS - February 21, 2003 - Dynetics Engineering Corporation announced today, that it will unveil the new INTELLIFOLD™ Card Mailing System at the CeBIT Fair in Hanover, Germany from March 12-19, 2003. The company will be demonstrating the system at Dynetics' Stand E60 in Hall 17.

For nearly 30 years Dynetics has met the needs of the worldwide card issuing industry with its line of patented and innovative plastic card inserters and mailing systems.

NOW - Dynetics introduces the INTELLIFOLD™ Card Mailing System. The new product utilizes non-perforated, plain paper to affix plastic cards and is engineered to process a wide variety of work with flexibility and efficiency.

"Our dealers and customers asked us to create a system with the flexibility to adapt with their changing needs. Dynetics has met their challenge by responding with a system capable of processing paper types over a wide spectrum; various folding configurations and virtually unlimited card placement on the mailer as well as a host of other capabilities allows the INTELLIFOLD™ to adapt with our customer's requirements," said Jeffery L. Hill, Director of Dynetics.

Every card processed is read and analyzed by the INTELLIFOLD™. Then, the card data is instantly located in the system's database and verified for accuracy. All printed mailers are electronically scanned, confirming that it is the proper mailer for attaching the card(s). The result is complete intelligent card processing with total verification and quality control prior to card affixing and envelope inserting.

As an additional standard security feature, all card mailers are electro-mechanically checked to verify the correct number of cards are securely affixed onto the mailer prior to stacking or inserting into the envelope. The system will prompt the operator should any errors occur.

"The system's flexibility will allow the user to select a variety of folds such as Z, C, HALF or NO FOLD; and with the included Microsoft™ Office Products, card specific mailer printing allows total print customization all at their fingertips," Hill said.

In-line envelope inserting with capabilities of custom folding sheets and inserting up to nine additional leaflets with the INTELLIFOLD™ card mailer is also available. The entire mailing package is securely sealed within the envelope and placed on the high capacity conveyor. The touch screen display monitors output speed, system error locations and offers help pages.

"The system has been engineered to connect directly with select in-line card personalization units providing total card issuing flexibility. Now, add the envelope inserter and the INTELLIFOLD™ Card Mailing System becomes your complete card issuing center all in one streamlined operation," Hill said.
