Dynetics introduces its new system for processing and mailing cards. The INTELLIFOLD™ Card Mailing System uses non-perforated, plain paper to affix plastic cards onto the mailer. No more need to warehouse expensive, specially printed, perforated mailers, which must be produced in advance. Simply select the plain paper you wish to run; even from your local office supply store!

INTELLIFOLD™ Card Mailing System allows you to create personalized card mailers with multiple fonts, logos, pictures or any other graphics desired with laser quality precision and resolution. Multiple types of barcodes can be printed and verified on each carrier. The result is complete intelligent card processing with total verification and quality control prior to card affixing and envelope insertion.

Card mailer envelope insertion can be directly integrated to the INTELLIFOLD™ Card Mailing System for a completely hands free automated operation.

The touch screen offers continuous On-Screen run information and total production flexibility with ease-of-use.

Envelope insert stations (up to nine) can handle a wide variety of materials, while built in integrity for miss, double and jam detectors promote quality production.

The durable, fully automated system invites long runs and the ease of set-up with quick change over between jobs makes it equally favorable for short runs; providing total flexibility.

INTELLIFOLD™ Card Mailing System may be operated to stack completed mailers or direct integration with the envelope inserter.

Dynetics' Verification Matching Technology will ensure the correct personalized card(s) is affixed to the correct custom printed mailer.

Cards are selected from the high capacity, dual card input hoppers or; with select in-line external card personalization systems, providing you with total card issuing flexibility.

The cut sheet non-perforated mailer, as well as affixing multiple cards and capabilities of several folding options, makes the INTELLIFOLD� extremely flexible to your needs.

Security: The magnetic stripe, chip, or barcode data from every card processed is read and analyzed. The card data is instantly located in the system's database and then verified for accuracy. Then, each printed mailer is electronically scanned to confirm that it is the proper mailer for attaching the card(s).

As a final security feature, the processed mailer is electro-mechanically checked to verify the correct number of cards are securely affixed prior to stacking or inserting into the envelope. Completed mailers with cards may be stacked for secondary operations, or direct hands-free integration with the in-line envelope inserter.

Flexibility: The folding versatility of the INTELLIFOLD™ Card Mailing System allows you to select the type of fold and paper weight that is right for you and your customers; process economical copier type paper, letter quality bond or even heavier ledger stocks depending on your needs.

INTELLIFOLD™ has been designed to fold the card mailer in a variety of different configurations. "Z", "C", "HALF" and "NO FOLD" will be available. Affixing multiple cards to virtually any location on the mailer and the variety of folding options allows the INTELLIFOLD™ to adapt with your requirements easily and efficiently.

Envelope Inserting: The in-line envelope inserter is capable of custom folding sheets while inserting up to nine additional leaflets with the INTELLIFOLD™ card mailer. The entire mailing package is securely sealed within the envelope and placed on a high capacity conveyor. The touch screen display monitors output speed, system error locations and offers help pages.

Optical Mark, Barcode or OCR reading are all available to facilitate batching, selection of inserts, matching with insert stations, out-sorting of filled envelopes before sealing, envelope marking and mail sorting. Simple touch screen menus setup all functions.

INTELLIFOLD™ has been designed and engineered to connect directly with select in-line card personalization systems, providing you with total card production flexibility.
